Lollipop lady switches on Christmas lights

Maintaining the annual tradition of honouring local community heroes, this year’s Garden Quarter Christmas lights were switched on this year by much loved lollipop lady Jennifer Challinor. Jenny is better known to us as the Beaver Leader at the 8th Chester!
