Beavers are 30!

Ninety-five Beaver Scouts (aged between 6 and 8 years) together with adult helpers took part in a special birthday party on 11 March at the Fun4All play centre at Hartford Way, Chester. After the party, there was a sleepover for the girls and boys and the whole event ended with breakfast the following day.
The party was part of our celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the setting up of the Beaver Scout section of Scouting. Celebrations continue through the year, with events at national and local levels: there will be a Cheshire-wide event in June at Tatton Park.
