Chester and District Scout Shop

Our shop is at the District Centre in Chester.

We are keen to hear your thoughts about the shop, including your experience and what you want the future to look like?  We want the shop to be even more successful in the future, but can’t do this without your input.  Do you use the District shop?  If not, why not?  Are there things you’d like to see in the shop that we don’t have? We are open every Thursday in school term time, between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. The shop will also open for special events, by arrangement.

The Shop Manager and District Badge Secretary and their team are all volunteers.

Orders may be placed in advance by emailing shop@chesterscouts.org.uk or by phone on 01244 398635 (when the Centre is unattended there is an answering machine).

Uniforms:

We try to carry a good level of stock at our shop so that those who come to buy uniforms and so on are not disappointed unnecessarily. We stock uniforms for young people and adults. If items are not in stock they can be ordered for quick delivery.

We also welcome bulk orders from Groups for multiple items of uniform – but please pre-order. Your understanding will help us to deliver a good service and to plough money back into Chester Scouts. Many thanks!

Books and Resources:

We sell the full range of resources published through the Scout Store.

Badges:

We provide all badges issued through the Scout Store nationally and are the only official supplier in the District.

If you are going to need a large number of badges (for example if you are running a training session for a whole Section) please order your badges as far in advance as possible.
