Our shop is at the District Centre. We are open every Thursday in school term time, between 7.00pm and 8.30pm. The shop will also open for special events, by arrangement.
The Shop Manager and District Badge Secretary is Vicky Taker, and she is supported by a volunteer team.
Orders may be placed in advance by emailing shop@chesterscouts.org.uk or by phone on 01244 398635 (when the Centre is unattended there is an answering machine).
Uniforms:
We stock a full range of uniforms for young people and adults. If items are not in stock they can be ordered for quick delivery. Not only are our uniforms officially approved, they are the cheapest in Chester!
We welcome bulk orders from Groups for items of uniform – but please pre-order, as if we are cleaned out of an item unexpectedly, this means that the mums and dads who come to buy for their daughter or son can be disappointed unnecessarily.
Books and Resources:
We sell the full range of resources published by The Scout Association.
Badges:
We provide all badges issued by The Association and are the only official supplier in the District.
If you are going to need a large number of badges (for example if you are running a training session for a whole Section) please order your badges as far in advance as possible.
